Partner agreement: summary
The main terms of becoming an authorised Zerbot partner, in plain words. The full agreement is shared with you if your application is approved.
Draft for legal review. This text explains how Zerbot works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change. Last edited 4 October 2026.
The model
- Zerbot is sold to restaurants only through authorised partners. Partners do not resell to other resellers without our written agreement.
- You buy credits in advance and spend them to issue licences to customers you register. Each licence type and term costs a number of credits, which we set and may change for future purchases.
- You set your own price to your customers. We do not see it and do not control it.
Credits
- Credits are bought in packs, in US dollars or Indian rupees depending on your country, plus any tax that applies. We issue a tax invoice for every purchase.
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase. The oldest are used first. We email you at 60, 30 and 7 days before credits expire.
- Credits are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If you issue a licence in error, a Zerbot administrator can reverse it back to credits within 24 hours of issuing it.
- The minimum purchase is 1,000 credits.
Registering customers
- You must register every customer with accurate details: business name, outlet addresses, owner’s name, phone and email, country, tax number and preferred language.
- You confirm you have the customer’s agreement to give us those details. We use them as set out in our privacy policy.
- Customers remain registered with Zerbot. The licence and the customer’s data stay with them if your partnership ends.
Your account
- You must keep your sign-in secure and use two-step verification. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can suspend your own customers, with a reason. Only Zerbot can cancel a licence.
- You see only your own customers. Customer contact data is available to Zerbot administrators only, and every export is logged.
Territory and conduct
- Territories are recorded but not exclusive: more than one partner can serve the same area.
- You will represent Zerbot honestly, support the customers you sell to, and follow the law, including consumer, tax and data protection law.
- We may suspend or close a partner account for breach, misuse or inactivity, and will say why.
