Website terms

The rules for using this website. Licence terms for the software are agreed separately.

Draft for legal review. This text explains how Zerbot works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change. Last edited 4 October 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. The Zerbot software is licensed under its own licence terms, agreed through your authorised partner. The partner programme is covered by the partner agreement (see the summary).

2. Using the site

You may browse the site and use the partner application form for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or submit false or someone else’s details.

3. Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate, but it is a general description. Features and availability can change, and nothing here is an offer to sell. Zerbot is not sold directly to restaurants; ask an authorised partner for a quotation.

4. Partner applications

Applying does not oblige either side. We may accept or decline any application and are not required to give reasons beyond those we choose to share.

5. Intellectual property

The Zerbot name, mark, software and this site’s content belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the site; please do not reuse our brand without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law the operator confirms with its counsel, and its courts. [To be completed on legal review.]
